The values that I appreciate the most among my colleagues at Nokia is that I feel there is honesty, respect and open communication. No matter what business group or position we are in, we rely so heavily on one another to complete the tasks at hand. I have experienced many different working cultures, and out of all of the organisations that I've dealt with there is a lot of kindness and appreciation that happens here. I'd like to believe that these acts could only be a result of the values we look for in the people that we hire.
