While testing the software, I thought that the software was of bad quality because no signal was visible. I raised the issue that the main functionality is broken and reported a new bug with high priority. All the best people started work on that case. It turned out I used the wrong equipment, and I saw the wrong data... How has the company reacted? We met and discussed how the mistake came about. Then we came up with a tool to prevent this from happening in the future. This happens every time someone makes a mistake. You have to notice the error, name it, analyze it, and figure out how to prevent it in the future.
Wow! That's interesting. Was there any disciplinary action taken for making the wrong call?
Thanks, Nat. I like the team working culture, including continuous learning and making improvements. Way to go.
