Hi Ravin! Thank you for your question! I am not doing pure Data Science, but rather Process Mining, but I would say the answer is similar anyway. Here, we are empowered since day one, so you will be motivated to start doing things from day one, firstly following someone and then on your own, when you feel ready for it. I would say that in 2 years I learned a lot, explored different areas, and did multiple things instead of only coding based on my interests and potential.
