Janani S. asked a question to Burcu D.
Thanks for the question Janani.
Nokia continues with its commitment on the DEI targets. Our diversity targets aims to address the underrepresentation of women across Nokia’s own employees and provide equal opportunities to improve our gender balance. We continue to work on development and retention for gender diversity. We track targets with key stakeholders in the business, people and talent acquisition teams. We also prioritize gender pay equity and conduct biannual in-depth pay analyses. These analyses investigate whether there are statistically significant differences in pay distribution between male and female employees within groups of similar individuals.
We continue collaboration with our Nokia Employee Resource Groups on various inclusion & diversity programs.
