Developed an E1/R2 VoIP gateway for CO. We borrowed code from Irving Texas division and finished under budget and early. Was a little difficult at first to convince the Ottawa division to ask but once we got the ball rolling it was awesome. Does Nokia still foster that sort of behavior?
Yes of course, we value an employee who is creative in the manner to solve problems. Our managers are open to hear new ideas and if they're fair and they're going to help in the solution they're always very welcome.

Had great success with this, in the past, at Nokia. Developed an E1/R2 VoIP Gateway in record time, utilizing SDL infrastructure code from the Irvin Texas location. So good when technology rich company is willing to share between divisions. Hoping they inquire about one the job applications I've made :)
