- Defining internal processes, leading and supporting new initiatives - Creating and leading end-to-end plans for Certifications/Curriculum programs - Leading technical teams, engaging people from different regions and markets and supporting technical articles - Controlling certification budget, creating and approving time demands - Managing Nokia's learning system - Creating, maintaining and managing SharePoint sites, as well as, Power BI dashboards.

I love the flexibility and autonomy that Nokia's culture provides me, it empowers me to make decisions. Additionally, as a truly global company, I have the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

I would say my greatest achievements are actually with the people I work with, being able to support and help them (especially the new joiners). It feels good to be recognised as someone who can help, and this focus on people has also shaped my career journey. This networking proved invaluable whenever I was ready for a new challenge. I started as a subcontractor in the Recruitment team, and when I felt ready for my next step, I discovered an opening to move to one of delivery teams in the business. With it, I began to understand the Nokia products and how a Nokia project is delivered. Now I’ve found a new chapter as a Knowledge Program Manager. I’m living proof that Nokia’s internal market provides multiple opportunities to strengthen career development.
