My career journey led me to project management two years ago. The journey naturally evolved into project management through a combination of education, experience, and passion for organization. I
I find great fulfillment in working as a woman in a predominantly male environment at Nokia. Despite being surrounded by men, I am empowered to contribute to team decisions and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
For me, it was a natural process. I always enjoyed talking with people and making things happen.
Still, as a recruiter, I began managing a few recruitment projects. It seemed to me something interesting, so when the opportunity arose to go to the Delivery team, I took it. It ended up being more technical than expected, so I kept an eye on Nokia's internal market and moved to the Training & Certification team (where I can continue using what I learned during my time on the Delivery 😁).
