Greatest Achievement
My biggest career challenge, and potentially our leadership's greatest achievement, has been building a new organization from the ground up, within a tight timeframe. This involved establishing our ways of working, designing all processes, creating clear instructions, and rapidly hiring our team. We've focused on ensuring these processes are not only functional but also continuously improved. While we're still in the early stage of this journey, we've made significant strides in navigating the transition period and delivering our best.
