Andrea P. asked a question to Zsuzsanna R.
I'm an L&D Architect exploring the Solution Services Lead role. I’m curious how you’re bridging the 'Procurement-to-Performance' gap—specifically, how you balance rapid integration with global standards. I’d love an insider’s perspective on the department’s current strategic priorities.
Hi Andrea, thank you for your kind question! To give you a bit more background, I actually started my Nokia journey as an R&D Coordinator. In that role, I managed university relations, recruitment, and onboarding, and after supporting a major recruitment ramp-up, I moved into project work within transformation and procurement. However, my heart was always in HR, so I eventually joined the People Organization to focus on our employees rather than the processes.
Today, I’m a global Onboarding Team Leader, balancing regional responsibilities with a focus on driving as much process automation as possible, but I think you are searching for something that belongs to much more of our procurement processes. We have procurement specialists who work closely with the business and function teams. Their goal is to ensure our global standards and local requirements are fully aligned. Through closer cooperation and proactive stakeholder management, our procurement team ensures that business needs are integrated as quickly as possible.
