can Sudanese nationals work on Egypt's Nokia Branch? (with residancy sponsorship)

I'm a Sudanese fresh engineering graduate from an Egyptian university, still residing at Egypt due to my country's circumstances and I'm eager to kick-start my telecom engineering career and learn and grow at Nokia and I was wondering if it was possible to apply there from an HR perspective
