From my perspective, it’s never too late to take a leap toward your true passions. I made that leap twice in my career. First, I transitioned from a position as an accountant to the dynamic field of recruitment. I realized that my genuine passion wasn't in crunching numbers but in engaging with people and helping them find their own ideal career paths.

I then took another significant step from my extensive experience within the management consulting industry — to an exciting and unknown industry for me at the time in telecommunications at Nokia.

I hope this provides some insight into the 'leaps' I had taken in my career, and inspires you to pursue your passions.
