That is certainly a great question, and I would love to offer my perspective as a current Nokian on why Nokia is such a special place. Nokia champions an open, fearless, and empowered culture that fosters collaboration, diversity, and respect. I also personally enjoy the opportunity to work with talented individuals from around the globe, which has broadened my understanding of different cultures, experiences, and innovative approaches to my work on a daily basis.
The freedom to voice my opinions and the opportunity to establish relationships based on trust and transparency has truly made my journey as a Nokian fulfilling and inspiring.
I hope this helps and gives you a little insight into what makes Nokia truly special.
