I have had the opportunity to experience mentorship from both sides, as a mentee and as a mentor. I learned a great deal in both roles, across both technical and non-technical topics, through a mix of formal and informal mentorships. Overall, mentoring significantly strengthened my project management skills and played a key role in my development as a leader. Fortunately, Nokia has a strong mentoring culture that makes this kind of growth possible.
