Hi and thanks for the excellent question! I'm very proud of our work culture so it makes me happy that I'm able to share some thoughts with you. Our company's long history of over 150 years and strong roots in the Finnish culture have shaped our work culture. We are very open, fearless, respectful of each other and our hierarchy is very flat. All of these contribute to the fact that we enjoy working, we can talk to anyone and we feel valued. We have offices around the world so naturally each country's own culture adds its own touch to the local work culture, but in general I would say that the above are present everywhere Nokia operates.
If you want to know more about some specific Nokia work culture related topic, please let me know.
