At Nokia, the hiring process can vary slightly depending on the role, but generally it follows a consistent structure. First, candidates submit their application. Then, our Talent Acquisition team and the hiring manager review all applicants. If your profile is shortlisted, you will be invited to participate in several rounds of interviews, which may include expertise-based, technical, and behavioral questions.
Successful candidates then move to the offer stage.
