    Hi Raiyan,

Great to connect with you—and that’s an excellent question! Everyone’s journey is different, but for me, it started with building a strong foundation in recruitment and staying ahead of industry trends and advancements. Continuous learning has been essential—keeping up with innovations in recruitment, employer branding, and finding creative ways to deliver a great experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

I also made a conscious effort to step out of my comfort zone and take on initiatives beyond my day-to-day responsibilities. These opportunities not only increased my visibility but also helped me learn and contribute on a broader scale. Creating impact at a wider level really matters, and over time, I realized the importance of positioning myself as a strategic partner to the business rather than just a recruiter.

That shift in mindset and approach has been key to progressing in my career.

I hope this insight helps, and I'm always here if you have any further questions:)

Thank you very much for your response. I sincerely hope I will have the opportunity to be part of the organization one day. Based on your tips and suggestions from another posts comment, I have already applied for several internship positions and am actively working on strengthening my profile. At this stage, I wanted to ask if there is anything more I can do that might improve my chances of being hired at Nokia?

That is great to hear Raiyan! I am wishing you all the best in your application journey with Nokia.

I would also recommend to review the job description in depth and align the role's requirements with your CV, so there is a clear connection with your profile and the role you had applied for. Best of luck!
