Mangalpady B. asked a question to Karoliina S.
Hi Ankur, nice to hear you're interested in Nokia. We have a great work culture at Nokia and I believe it applies to every Nokia location around the world. Our hierarchy is very flat which means that you can easily approach managers above you and everyone is treated the same equal way. Everyone is respected. And the one thing that I never stop talking about is the feeling of the Nokia Family, which all our employees are part of. It's difficult to explain, so you have to experience that to understand.
I also think our flexible working hours are a big plus for many. We also have many benefits to employees which increase work satisfaction.
Overall, Nokia, and its management and employees take positive working culture seriously. :)
Please check our open opportunities. I wish you all the best!
