Hello;
In majority of cases technical interviews are conducted in Nokia office (or remotely) without using computer or other equipment. Questions are really practical. In departments I know (integration and verification), candidates are evaluated in telecommunication, network (CISCO), linux, testing and python.
Hi Niladri,
At Nokia, the structure of technical interviews can vary depending on the role and its specific focus. Typically, these interviews are conducted remotely via video call and may involve a panel of interviewers who assess candidates across various technical domains.
In some cases, you may be asked to complete a live online assessment during the discussion to evaluate your problem-solving and technical skills in real time.
Hope this helps!
