Hi Anonymous,
Great to connect with you on the Insider, and thanks for reaching out with your questions. The first step is the application stage—this is where reviewing the job description carefully and making sure your CV reflects the role’s requirements is really important. Doing so gives you the best chance of being shortlisted for interviews, if your profile aligns with the role on our careers portal.
Candidates are typically shortlisted based on eligibility (such as active student status, work authorization, availability, and location), alignment of studies with Computer Science or related fields, and relevant technical foundations like Linux/UNIX, networking, and programming—often shown through coursework or projects.
Shortlisted candidates are then invited to speak with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview with the hiring team to assess problem‑solving skills, learning mindset, and overall fit.
Hope this helps, and best of luck with your application!
