Hi, thanks for the good question. Nokia is a very multicultural place to work and equality and respect are two of our core values. All our employees are individuals, with different education, expertise, backgrounds or religions. We want all our employees to feel valued for who they are, without being judged based on their culture or background. We also have a process in place if someone is treated unfairly.
