Fredrick Q. asked a question to Rana M.
Hi Fredrick, thank you for connecting with us. It really depends on the open role and for that, you should check the specific requirements of the open position. In general, having experience with other vendors is of course very valuable and if you have also some experience with our technologies that's for sure a great asset. What is also very important is to explain your motivation to join Nokia and your eagerness to learn new technologies. Hope it helps.
Hi Fredrick,
Thank you for your interest in Nokia—it’s great to connect! Echoing Sandrine’s point, it really depends on the specific role and its requirements. That said, vendor experience can absolutely be valuable, especially coming from a similar environment and processes. Your time at another vendor may also allow you to bring fresh perspectives and insights that could add value to Nokia.
I wish you all the best in your search and always here if you have any questions!
Best wishes,
Rana
