Regarding the Executive Assistant role for CTO - where is the work performed? Is it in Espoo, Reading or both?

The role is advertised as a hybrid. The way I understand it is that the job can be done from Espoo OR Reading and is hybrid, as in working from home at times. It is a little unclear though, and can make one think that there is travel involved between Espoo and the UK.
