I fully agree with all my colleagues above. Nokia is a great place to work and grow. It is the most ethical company, focused on diversity and inclusion and providing equal opportunities for everyone. I personally have spent more than 2 decades here and find immense job satisfaction. May it be as an individual contributor or a people manager, our opinion is valued and our work is respected. We have a strong sense of bonding, common purpose and vision across teams, global locations and roles. We have an amazing work culture and strong teamwork. Moving horizontally or vertically is all transparent and possible with the right skills and based on merit.
