    Hello Bhargav,
    I look for candidates that fit to our values, the first one is respect. Nokia is a place where you can work in a nice environment within the areas. The second one is challenge and we seek for people who can work in difficult situations and who are able to renew every day in order to reach our goals (achievement) and to develop ourselves.
