The most rewarding things about my role (there are several) are seeing good engineers succeed and progress in their career, it is always great to hear people asking for more and more responsibilities and trying to improve things around them. the second thing I enjoy most is to see how a product or a project that I started to grow and becomes meaningful and successful for the company and for my group. The last thing I'll mention which is very satisfying is identifying a problem that affects many people (usually peers or employees) making a change to solve it and seeing the results after.

Hi, the top three things in my role are:
1. Working together with amazing colleagues around the world.
2. The business itself: Nokia is creating some great stuff!
3. The flexible working time: I can work on Sunday evening if I want to and go to the dentist on Monday morning.
