Hi there Marwa, good to connect with you on the Insider. Each Traineeship program has their own requirements, so I would recommend always reading the job description carefully and ensuring your CV showcases the relevant skills and experience required for the role.

In regards to interviews, ensure to feel ready to take the interviewers through your CV in depth and to be able to cover any technical or expertise based questions. There is usually an element of HR and behaviorial based assessment questions, but there is a wealth of information online as well to assist you with preparing. Hope that helps and best of luck!

    Hi,

The selection for Nokia's Trainee program for new graduates typically depends on a combination of academic excellence, relevant skills, and personal attributes. Strong academic performance in fields pertinent to Nokia's business, such as engineering, computer science, or telecommunications, is a fundamental requirement. Candidates are also evaluated on their demonstrated technical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and any prior project or internship experience that showcases their practical application of knowledge. Furthermore, soft skills like communication, teamwork, adaptability, and a genuine passion for innovation and the telecommunications industry play a significant role. Ultimately, the highly competitive selection process aims to identify individuals whose qualifications and potential best align with the specific needs and opportunities within Nokia's various business units.

    Best regards,
