Maria T. asked a question to Aly M.
Hi Maria,
I love this question!
For me, transformation means changing how work actually gets done, not just introducing new tools, structures, or slogans.
In my experience, real transformation happens when strategy, everyday behaviors, and decision mechanisms are aligned. It shows up in how people prioritize their work, how leaders create clarity and trust, and how feedback and data are used to continuously adjust direction. Whether the context is AI adoption, R&D execution, or performance management, transformation is only successful when it leads to sustained behavior change and measurable improvement, not one‑off initiatives.
In short, transformation is successful when the new way of working becomes the default, not the exception.
