Work-life balance is essential for all of us.

To ensure I maintain this balance, I always plan and have a time management strategy in place to prioritize my tasks for the week. This approach reduces uncertainty, enabling me to adjust as necessary. Another important aspect is having a supportive employer who values your contributions and supports flexibility. At Nokia, one of the great initiatives implemented is a flexible working model, allowing me to work from home some days, which is particularly helpful when you have a family!
