The most rewarding part of my job is the recognition from my peers. Since our line of work brings a lot of complexity, there are a lot of engagement and interactions between and among teams. And it gives some sense of self-satisfaction when people start reaching out to you - of all other people - and ask you technical concerns. It means they look up to your expertise in the situation.

Good question! I would also like to mention two: 1) When I have accomplished a goal or overcome a challenge either alone or together with my colleagues as a team 2) When I realize that I have learned some new and important task just by trying hard.
