Hi Mohammad! Thanks for your question. The benefit of working at a company like Nokia is that there are a lot of different job roles and opportunities that you can pursue. I started off as a software designer in the optical networking business group, then moved to product management and now I am in sales. It is easy to explore new roles and opportunities and expand your skills and experience.

Thanks again Sandrine and Shilpi. Also, I had an internship project with the city of Ottawa regarding microservices of software development and my part was mainly on the Data part. I am interested in Data analyst and data-based jobs as I am more interested than software developing jobs.

The shortest answer to your question would be PEOPLE…, because of their fantastic talents and Nokia's values and culture.
It is easy to remember Nokia as the company that once dominated the handset (or mobile devices) industry but had to exit that business. However, many almost ignore that Nokia has successfully reinvented itself, making itself a leader in technology in a world where everyone and everything will be connected. Nokia played a pivotal role in developing 3G and 4G and continues to innovate, breaking 5G speed records and already working on what 6G will be… so our commitment and resilience have made us achieve, progress, and succeed as no other company.

In addition to what Noelia mentioned, I'd like to highlight that Nokia is a very old company (it was established in 1865 in Finland) and although the technology business is not that old, we have a very strong 'team spirit culture'. Its roots are in those early years in the technology field. "The Nokia family" conception is truly unique and we are very proud of that.
