The biggest challenge in my role is to align customers' expectations with company solutions and offerings. I overcome this by understanding well customer needs and by being clear & honest to my customers on what we can do now and what can be done in the near future and what is not doable.

The biggest challenge in my role is keeping pace with ever-changing technology and products. I overcome it by continuosly studying and learning new updates. I stay curious about emerging trends and portfolios which keeps me updated. For me resilience is the key to success :)

Hi Mohamed,  just like Nitasha said above: keeping up with the ever-changing technology and products. I face this every week and have to search for information quite a bit. But I see it as a positive challenge because it's so fascinating to realize at some point that "a-ha, now I get it!". Also, remembering the meaning of all those different abbreviations (usually three letters) used by Nokia is quite a challenge.😊

    What a question!

In my case, driving sustainability-related standards, the biggest challenge is clearly to find the most effective leverage to address the legacy structure and design that rule our industry and economic models.

In a similar way that at the individual level you can often feel alone and/or constrained when trying to adopt a less unsustainable lifestyle, within the corporate domain, finding effective ways to transition and change is more often a really hard struggle. One approach is to consider it as a marathon rather than a sprint, and try many possible ways to tackle the challenge, building collective momentum across various angles.
