Hi and thank you for the good question! Our Human Resources and Learning services do an excellent job of supporting our employees on their career path. Every year we can define our personal development plan with our supervisors. In the plan we identify what skills are needed to achieve our development goals and we define concrete actions that support our performance in the current role and those that support our long-term career growth. Nokia also offers a lot of different trainings, most of which are virtual. They include trainings related to professional development and also mental and physical well-being.
