I would like to understand if students from countries without Nokia offices are eligible to apply and if their applications are given equal consideration.

One can apply for Nokia's global positions or do they some have country-wise restrictions?

I am keen to apply for an internship in Finland and would like to know if my application will be considered despite my current location.
