One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned at Nokia is the power of genuine teamwork and collaboration. The supportive and encouraging environment—where we truly feel like one Nokian family—has been unlike any other workplace experience.

What surprised me the most was the vast opportunities for growth beyond my core role. The chance to explore new areas and develop new skills has been incredibly rewarding, making every day a learning experience.

It makes me hope even more that my application gets given a chance !
For right now, I am still at the beginning of my career, I am not looking to get money, but to find a place that will help me develop my skills and enable me to maximize the growth of my potential in a healthy environment.
And from the sounds of it, Nokia seems to be the right place.

Hi Ramez, I love this question because it makes me look back on my career and think deeply about the path I've taken.
Two things came to my mind:
1. The Nokia family (teamwork, collaboration) which also Rana was referring to. I did not know such thing even existed before I joined Nokia.
2. A deeper understanding of some technical topics that were unfamiliar to me before.
This business field requires constant learning, so I'm going to learn many, many things that I never expected. I guess I will never get bored. 🙂
